What it does

Every customer asks the same question before they buy: when will it arrive? Plugin City Delivery Estimates for WooCommerce answers it on the product page, in the cart, at checkout and in your order emails — and gives your team the internal dispatch deadline they need to keep that promise.

One working-day engine drives both dates. A product with 1 working day of dispatch time and 2 days in transit, ordered on Monday, tells your team "dispatch by Tuesday" and tells your customer "arrives Thursday". Working days, weekends and your WordPress timezone are handled automatically, so the dates are ones you can actually hit.

Dispatch time is simply how long an order takes to get out of the door, so it fits a shop that ships from stock the same or next day just as well as one that makes to order.

No bloat, by design. This is not a delivery-slot booker or a courier integration — it is one focused job done properly: accurate dates calculated from your dispatch time and shipping transit time. Carts with multiple products use the longest dispatch time, so the promise stays realistic.

Start free, forever. The free version never expires, needs no licence, and never phones home. When you want per-product overrides, closed dates, cutoff times and control over how the estimate looks, Pro installs straight in place of the free version — every setting and stored order date stays intact.

See it in action

One working-day engine produces both dates, and the worked example shows exactly what an order placed right now would get.
Choose the days you produce and dispatch on, with separate delivery days for carriers that run when you do not.
Decide where the estimate appears: product pages, listings, the cart, the checkout, the thank-you page and emails.
The same estimate on the same product page, four ways. Quiet enough to sit under the price, or loud enough that nobody misses it.
Colour, weight, size, icon and shape, with a live preview of the estimate your customer will see.
It follows the customer through to the cart, and recalculates at checkout when they change shipping method.
Different wording for each place it shows. A shop listing has room for “Ships Friday” where a product page can carry the full sentence.

Frequently asked questions

Do stored order dates change when I edit settings later?

No. Dates are calculated when the order is created and then stay fixed.

What happens with virtual products?

If the product or order does not need shipping, transit time is treated as 0, so the estimated delivery can equal the dispatch date.

Do I need a PluginCity account or licence for the free plugin?

No. The free plugin is free to use indefinitely and does not contact PluginCity.net.

How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?

Install the Pro version in place of the free plugin. Your settings and stored order dates are kept — no reconfiguration needed.

What happens if my Pro licence lapses?

Nothing is deleted. Your settings and stored order dates stay exactly as they are, and the storefront carries on showing estimates using the free behaviour. Renewing switches the Pro features straight back on.

Does this book delivery slots or talk to a courier?

No. Those features are out of scope — this plugin does one job: calculating dates.
